Thinking …

I’m not sure, but I might shut this site down. It seems … unnecessary … maybe redundant. Dunno.

But I know some folks think blogs are silly, and this one, in particular, isn’t really doing anything useful.

It’s interesting to hear different people talk about blogging. Some suggest I’m quite the egomaniac to have a blog. Some say it’s incredibly self-indulgent. I’m sure they are correct.

Actually, though, I’m thinking breathing is self-indulgent too, so I think I’ll give that up as well. ;-)

I enjoy blogging, but the pattyo does no good for anyone. I feel as if the oboe site is at least helpful, even while being self-indulgent. Perhaps I’ll let this one go. (I average only 8 visits a day here anyway!)

And yeah, I have written about this before. At least I’m somewhat consistent in some areas, eh? :-)

You’re right. Breathing is self-indulgent, as is eating, exercising (for some, anyway), listening to beautiful music, reading, etc. (Need I continue?) I do enjoy both of your blogs, but I can see how it’s nearly impossible to keep up with both of them, and the oboe blog is probably more beneficial for most people. Anyway, do what you want is what I say! Love you!

Ahhh … GOOD REASON to not exercise! :-) Woo hoo. Thanks!

I just feel as if there’s not much to put here, as I put most everything there.

But of course if I let it go I’ll probably think of things that could ONLY go up here. Heh. I’m silly that way.

I do hope you keep up. I just found your web site after searching for a detailed description of reed making. It’s the best I’ve found yet.

Thanks Bob. I do plan on keeping the oboe site going. It’s just this one … “the pattyo” that I might drop. oboeinsight won’t go away; I have far too much time with that one! :-)
